Job Purpose:

Will be responsible for:

Preparation/Reviewing of all design & liaison related drawings.
Complete documentation of all projects related data

Principal Accountabilities:

Ability to work independently and assist in design coordination process.

Checking/Reviewing of Design and Approval drawings.

Ordination with Site teams and all the consultants.
Maintaining drawing registers and RFI logs for all projects.
Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on team need.
Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data.
Design coordination with consultants
Interdepartment & intradepartment coordination
Assist in monitoring the deliverables as per the project scehdule
Assist in testfits and feasibility studies & presentations.
Should have good knowledge of local byelaws.
Should have good knowledge of BIM & Revit.
Should be able to make presentations, attend coordination meetings and prepare MOMs.

Technical Skills:

Auto
Cad 2D and 3D Release 14 Onwards.
MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
Sketch Up
Revit

Timely completion of deliverables
Timely delivery of Drawings as per project schedule
Turnaround time to internal stakeholders
Competition study for the new launches
