Planning and schedulingof package component Blasting and Painting activity.
Ensure that allequipment necessary is in proper working condition and that the calibration isstill valid.
Review technicalspecifications.
Review coating/paintingreports.
Verify theimplementation of quality plans and applicable procedures.
Verify coating withclient specification & project requirements.
Complete the necessaryproduction and quality forms related to monitoring or inspection work.
Completed regularinventory counts to verify stock levels, address discrepancies, and forecastfuture needs.
Conducted weekly staffmeetings to motivate staff members, address concerns and questions, planimprovements and evaluate progress toward goals.
Supervised workers toidentify areas in need of improvement for highquality production.
Effective Execution oftasks to meet the delivery deadlines.
Assign work tocontractor and ensure optimum facility Utilization.
Coordinate with otherdepartments like Projects, Planning, Engineering, S.C.M., Stores, Machine shop,Assembly, packaging, and Shipping to complete packaged as per planned date.
Addressingdifficulties/complaints of contractors and resolving problems
Carry out activitiesfollowing Paint Matrix, SOPs and meet all Quality Requirements.
Implement new processesand tools for process improvement and cycle time reduction.
Keep the track ofProduction schedules and take necessary steps to meet final delivery date.

Follow-up with concern department and pull material.

Monitor and support thepackaging and loading of compressor package component.
Suggest methods tominimize / eliminate unproductive works and rework in shop activities.
Maintain E.M.S. &Q.M.S.

(ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:
systems in thedepartment.

Ensure safety and 6Scompliance in shop floor.

Your Qualification

Master in Paintingtechnology from reputed organization with minimum 10 Years of experience.

NACE level

Knowledge of ISO, NACEand ASTM Surface preparation and painting related code.
Knowledge on blastingand painting booth operation.
Knowledge on DifferentDT and NDT painting and blasting testing.
Capable of handlingContractor Team.
Knowledge and Hands Onexperience of IMS

(ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001: 2018).

Knowledge ofpreservation process.
Basic Knowledge of ERP,Computer skills
