Trainer


Position Overview:

As a Trainer for HR, Admin, Marketing, and Operation Teams, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within these departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, designing training materials, providing orientation training to new hires, and assessing training effectiveness.


Responsibilities:


Training Development:


  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, elearning modules, job aids, and training manuals.

Training Delivery:


  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees within the respective departments.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, such as workshops, roleplays, simulations, and group activities, to facilitate effective learning.

Orientation Training:


  • Conduct orientation training for new hires across all departments to ensure they understand the company's culture, policies, procedures, and values.
  • Introduce new employees to their respective department's functions and responsibilities.

Skill Enhancement:


  • Assess the skill levels of employees and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide targeted training sessions to address specific skill gaps and enhance overall performance.

Training Evaluation:


  • Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants and use it to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Training Coordination:


  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking training venues, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.

Training Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate training records, including attendance, evaluations, and training completion certificates.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:


  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in HR, Admin, Marketing, and Operation fields to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in the relevant departments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse learning styles and audience needs.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and software for elearning and multimedia content.
  • Understanding of HR, Admin, Marketing, and Operation processes and practices.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Certifications in training and development are a plus.

Note:

The Trainer should be adept at creating a positive learning environment, fostering continuous improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's workforce.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Staff training: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
