**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is on schedule and within budget
  • Conduct initial client consultation to determine project scope, goals, and timeline
  • Vendor and Contractor Management
  • Maintaining purchase costs in Excel.
  • Ability to understand Interior designing drawings
  • Manage and coordinate projectrelated communication between all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan and identify and address any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

  • At least 35 years of experience in interior design project management
  • Good knowledge of BOQ and BOM
