  • Manager Potential Assessment - Support in Validation of eligibility for Potential Assessment & Assessors Coordinate Capability building of Line Managers for Potential Assessment Release of Potential Assessment documents in Poornata Ensure timely completion of Potential assessments across the Business
  • Development Assessment Centers (DACs) - Assist in implementation of Development Assessment Centers with effective liaising with Vertical HR, Line HR, participants, Line Managers and vendors Monitor that participants meet defined eligibility criteria, completion of pre-DAC exercises, collecting and maintaining accurate documentary records. Ensure the post-assessment activities such as receipt of DAC Reports, sharing them with respective stakeholders, collation and publishing of scores
  • Development Planning - Liaise with Line HR teams to ensure timely feedback through Development Career Conversations and creation and implementation of MDPs (My Development Plan) for the DAC participants. Implement and monitor the MDP post DAC & TRC Conduct a preliminary assessment of quality of MDPs post DAC/ Talent Review Council and share updates
  • Leadership Reviews/ Talent Review Council - Timely and accurate creation of Talent Review profiles Coordinate Talent Reviews Maintain Talent Review output in Poornata with high level of accuracy Finalize the Talent Pool for the business basis TRC discussions. Track and update progress on the actionable defined during Talent Reviews Roll out of Young Talent Reviews
  • Accelerated Development & Action learning - Support in the identification of probable participants for Accelerated Development programs Coordinate delivery of Action Learning deliverables identified Implement review mechanism and share regular updates on progress Track development progress of Talent Pool members
  • Roll-out of various Talent Management initiatives and projects - Support the roll-out of Talent Management initiatives for identified population in the organization e.g. Succession Planning, Talent Pool Communication etc. Responsible for design and implementation of the Continuous Education Policy (CEP) Draft necessary communication in the entire process for various stakeholders
  • Analytics, reporting and process management - Collate, maintain and report (Quarterly & Monthly) MIS for all related activities Study trends and put in place feedback and reporting mechanisms to identify and deviations and improvement areas and make recommendations for process changes Ensuring timely vendor payments, tracking, monitoring and reporting of budget utilization, ensuring absolute adherence to the extensive internal processes related to budgets and expenses
  • Benchmarking & Understanding of TM Best Practices - Benchmark existing TM Processes with industry best practices. Identify and implement innovative solutions to strengthen the TM portfolio and deliver business impact. Monitor the implemented solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Values Standard Committee process management - Facilitate smooth working of the Values Standard Committees. Ensure all mandates related to committee composition, reporting etc. are adhered to as per Govt./ ABG guidelines. Ensure any changes in the guidelines are acted upon/ implemented in a timely manner to achieve 100% compliance. Provide regular training and support to committee members to upgrade their skills & knowledge, as necessary.
