    AbouttheRole:

    Weare looking for a seasoned product designer to join our growingteam and take ownership of the design of some key areas of ourproduct. This role will primarily be responsible for designexperience of one of Yubis product while also mentoring a team ofdesigners

    Responsibilities:

    • Gatherrequirements from stakeholders derive problem statements and plandesignengagements.
    • Estimatetimelines and deliverables of self help peers and juniors toaccurately define scope of project.
    • Ideateand implement solutions that overlap customer needs design andtechnology.
    • Helpus to determine the product strategy andvision.
    • Proactivelylaunch efforts to improve different aspects of theproduct.
    • Collaboratewith Product Managers Engineers and content strategists to overseethe user experience of a product from conception until itslaunch.
    • Ensuringdesign quality consistency and coherence within theproduct.
    • Seekfeedback from peer designers to continually raise our bar forquality.
    • Conceptualizeoriginal ideas that bring simplicity and userfriendliness tocomplex designroadblocks.
    • Collaborateand conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs anddo iterations according tofeedback.
    • Designflows and experiences that are incrediblysimple andelegant.
    • Createprototypes to solve difficult UXproblems.
    • Createhigh quality visualdesigns with an immense amount of accuracyandconsistency.
    • Abilityto articulate designs through immersivevisual narrativeto stakeholders and leadership teams.
    • Highinterest inculture buildingteam collaborations and being a role model in many designinitiatives.
    • Focuson AImethodologies of problem solving in designspace to increase efficiency and being future ready.
    • Researchlearn and implement design guidelines best practices anddesignstandards.
    • Experimentand validatedesign ideas andopinions.


    Requirements

    • 8years of experience designing Fintech B2B SaaS applicationsconsumer applications and ideally enterprise in fastpaced activeenvironments.
    • Yourportfolio should show your problem solving skills combined with theresults and learning in a particular project.
    • Exceptionalanalytical skills with an ability to quickly translate bothqualitative and quantitative datadriven insights intoactions.
    • Youhave designed and shipped multiple apps or have gone throughmultiple release cycles on a largerproject.
    • Abilityto work with multiplestakeholders.
    • Excellentcommunication skills & attention to details. Articulationand storytelling skills are a must.
    • Connectinsights drawn from research studies to design technicalrequirements and productstrategy
    • Youllplay a key part in hiring onboarding and improving our teamsculture andengagement.
    • Workwith a team to improve culture and teamprocesses.

    Note:We understand that not every designer has an active portfolio dueto NDA constraints. In those cases you can send us a brief aboutyour projects which should include the problem statement yourapproach results and keylearnings.

    8+ years of experience designing Fintech, B2B SaaS applications,consumer applications and ideally enterprise in fast-paced activeenvironments. Your portfolio should show your problem solvingskills combined with the results and learning in a particularproject. Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quicklytranslate both qualitative and quantitative data-driven insightsinto actions. You have designed and shipped multiple apps, or havegone through multiple release cycles on a largerproject.
