    Description

    Job Title: Software Development Engineer

    Company: Innovative Solutions Inc.

    • Play a vital role in developing new features for various clients based on design guidelines.
    • Upgrade custom artifacts to the latest versions, design reports, and handle scripting requests effectively.
    • Provide solutions for performance-based escalations.
    • Analyze customer requirements and offer solutions aligning with product guidelines in project types like Productization, Customization, Scripting, Reporting, or Upgrades.
    • Capture project learnings and share best practices with architects for process enhancement and application of lessons learned.
    • Ensure design and solutions meet quality, performance, and security standards, with no regression in existing features.
    • Offer technical and functional guidance to the team whenever necessary.
    • Deliver high-quality code and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
    • Address timely bug fixes as required by customers.
    • Thoroughly conduct unit testing of code using automated tools and comprehensively document changes made.
    • Commit to delivering work on time with exceptional quality and provide support during Customer UAT till Go-Live.
    • Actively participate in agile development processes, techniques, and technology advancements.
    • Collaborate with engineers to design web pages, database objects, etc., conduct code reviews, and brainstorm solutions.
    • Optimize the performance of complex software systems within the project team.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues and coordinate testing strategies and implementation with the QA team.
    • Coordinate scope and implementation with PS Consulting, which could operate across time zones based on customer locations.
    • Support customer feature/change demonstrations and collaborate efficiently with Cloud operations, customer support, quality assurance, and other teams as required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development within the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET framework, React JS, Angular JS, SQL Server, and MVC.
    • Strong analytical skills and object-oriented design capabilities.
    • Effective leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic agile work environment, delivering incremental value frequently.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on maintaining positive working relationships.
    • Innovation-driven, resourceful, and fervent about delivering high-quality, high-performance, and reliable software solutions.
