Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
  • Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay uptodate with the latest technologies and best practices

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 24 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 36
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ITIL certification is a plus
