Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay uptodate with the latest technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 24 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 36
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ITIL certification is a plus
