- We are looking for User focused, data driven marketers to design, implement and manage performance campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. The person should be open to leverage large data sets to create sophisticated advertising programs and closely coordinate with Technology team to roll them out.
- Lead ROI driven paid advertising efforts on Facebook, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement A/B tests on copy and landing pages.

- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
- An ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems)
- A proven experience in traffic generation, managing online advertising and search on behalf of an internet business in B2B/B2C space

- Good commercial acumen and should have owned minimum of 50 lakhs marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale
