Description

Housekeeping supervisor ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly, all areas of the restaurant including kitchen area are clean and tidy and that guests are satisfied.

  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and other routine tasks
  • Oversee staff on a daily basis
  • Check restaurant, kitchen, common areas including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, toilet cleaners and other chemicals required for housekeeping duties.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
  • Ensure that the external laundry services are up to the standard and complying with the restaurant policy.
  • Receives fresh laundry and also make note of the proper count of the laundry given and received.

Prerequisites:


  • Good communication skills.

Education:


  • Degree or equivalent qualification required.
  • Diploma in hotel management preferred.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
