    JobBrief:

    • A LeadGeneration Executive specializing in Email &LinkedIn Outreach is responsible for effectivelyleveraging these platforms to identify and engage potentialbusiness opportunities. This role involves crafting compellingmessages initiating contact through personalized emails andLinkedIn outreach and nurturing relationships to contribute to arobust salespipeline.

    Responsibilities:

    • Craftcompelling and personalized email messages to capture the attentionof prospects.
    • Identify andconnect with potential leads on LinkedIn aligning with the companystarget audience.
    • Engage inmeaningful conversations through direct messages and comments onrelevant content.
    • Useeffective communication to understand prospect needs and assesstheir potential asclients.
    • Implement strategicfollowup sequences for both email and LinkedInconnections.
    • Scheduleand conduct followup calls or meetings for qualifiedleads.
    • Build and nurturerelationships with leads through ongoingcommunication.
    • Keep detailedrecords of all interactions with leads in the CRMsystem.
    • Regularly updatelead information based on responses andfeedback.

    SkillsRequired:

    • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a relatedfield.
    • Previous experience in lead generationwith a focus on email and LinkedIn outreach ispreferred
    • Strong written communication skillsfor crafting compelling emails and LinkedInmessages.
    • Proficient in email marketing toolsLinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM systems and other relevantsoftware.
    • Proactive and selfmotivated with theability to experiment with new outreachstrategies.
    • Strong networking skills onLinkedIn and the ability to build professionalrelationships.
