    Description

    The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
    • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
    • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
    • Develop creative and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Internal Communities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
    • Design graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, and other multimedia content to enhance our social media presence.
    • Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends, and make recommendations for improvement based on insights.
    • Optimize content for each platform, considering factors such as aspect ratios, file sizes, and performance metrics.

    Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience as Social Media Designer
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma and other graphic design software.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
