Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and handling inquiries.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within the IT industry is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interface effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
