Your responsibilities will include:
- 1. Lead strategy and execution for the Category function, aligning with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for all business markets to achieve company growth goals
- 2. Cross company and team collaboration including experience working with marketing and revenue operations leaders
- 3. Strong understanding of sales process and procedures and the ability to create a do anything environment necessary to support organizational goals
- 4. Leading a highperforming team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
- 5. Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longerterm strategic brand building activities, midterm lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
- 6. Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
Key Requirements:
- 1. You have 56 years prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
- 2. You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.
- 3. You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (eg. Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics).
- 4. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- 5. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- 6. You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- 7. You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
