Job Description:

To ensure that all goods movements in/out the hotel and stores are accounted as per SOP.
To verify that officer checks (duty meals), F&B entertainment checks are processed according to the procedure and to maintain a daily entertainment report.
To ensure proper compliance of min/max, par stock management system and to report the discrepancies, if any.
To perform daily/monthly food and beverage sales reconciliation between POS sales and inventory format as per bar and to report the discrepancies, if any.
To perform random and month end physical checks of inventory.
To assist F & B Controller in preparation of monthly food and beverage costing, recipe costing, event costing and various other reports.

To check void reports on daily basis.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Cocktail world and POS
Able to work in a highpressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player.
