Our services include property sale, property management, and valuation.Role Description
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Connecting with leads and fixing site visits
- Following up on leads and ensuring potential leads are converting into closures
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with seniorlevel executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Property Management, Client handling, Closing, Negotiation, and Real Estate
- Experience in Residential Real Estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organised approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Certification in Property Management or Real Estate is a plus
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
