Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Training Sessions:

  • Deliver interactive online sessions focusing on soft skills development based on the modules & curriculum available.
  • Create an open, safe & inclusive environment in the sessions which foster emotional growth.
  • Utilise innovative and effective training methodologies to engage participants.

Individual and Group Coaching:

  • Provide personalised coaching to individuals seeking specific soft skills development.
  • Facilitate group discussions and activities to enhance collaborative leadership skills.

Feedback and Assessment:

  • Implement feedbackdriven sessions, encouraging active participation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct assessments to measure participants' progress and adapt training methods accordingly.

Curriculum Development:

  • Collaborate with the content development team to further enhance and customise training modules.
  • Be actively responsible for the learner's growth and development.

Job Requirements

Job Details

Location:
Saket, Delhi

Working hours: 11 AM to 9 PM


Working Days:
Tuesday-Sundays


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Saket, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
