    Description

    Job Purpose:

    We're on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the creative force behind compelling content on various social media platforms, managing multiple client accounts, and staying ahead of industry trends. If you're ready to leverage your social media prowess to experiment with cutting-edge technologies, we want you on our team.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation and Curation:

    Develop and curate creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.

    Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements across all client accounts.

    2. Ai Utilization:

    Be Able to utilize Ai to its potential to create engaging content. Experimenting with different Ai Tools to optimize workflow.

    3. Content Calendar Management:

    Build and manage content calendars for each client, aligning with their marketing goals and promotional activities.

    Schedule posts for optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

    4. Community Engagement:

    Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

    Encourage user-generated content and build a sense of community around client brands.

    5. Trend Identification and Utilization:

    Stay updated on social media trends and emerging technologies.

    Utilize trends to create timely and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.

    6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze social media analytics.

    Provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and recommendations for improvement.

    7. Paid Social Media Campaigns:

    Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

    Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.

    8. Influencer Partnerships:

    Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.

    Manage influencer partnerships, including negotiations and content approvals.

    9. Educational Content Development:

    Create educational content that informs and engages the audience.

    Position clients as industry thought leaders through insightful content.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    · Degree in any discipline is preferred however if not, a good experience of at least 1- 2 years in the relevant field can also be considered.

    · Experience using advanced social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.

    · Proficient in Canva, Photoshop and other basic Editing tools

    · Willingness to learn additional tools/software.

    · Willingness and Interest in learning new technologies specifically Ai related.

    · Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with excellent attention to detail.

    · Proactive and creative mindset.

    · Strong problem-solving skills

    · Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    · Expertise in how each social platform works from a brand marketing perspective.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    · Hands-on team player fluent in the fundamentals of social media and content creation

    · An interest in the social world, including emerging trends and consumer behavior.

    · Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    · Ability to shoot video specific to shorts form on social media.
