Job Title:
Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist

We are on the lookout for a talented and results-driven Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to enhance our brand presence and engagement across various social media platforms.

As an SMO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our social media channels, increase audience reach, and drive meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective SMO strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates across social media platforms.

Content Optimization: Optimize social media content for various platforms, ensuring it is engaging, shareable, and aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Audience Engagement: Foster community growth and engagement through proactive interactions, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations.

Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Stay updated on platform algorithms and features.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of SMO strategies. Use insights to refine and improve future strategies.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to support business goals and promotions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate SMO strategies with overall marketing campaigns. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent brand image.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement new techniques.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as an SMO Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successful social media optimization.

Skills:

Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms and their features.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling and concise messages for diverse audiences.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies based on changing social media trends and platform algorithms.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
