Team Leader responsible for Consumer Bank products and services

  • To apprise the Senior members of the Compliance and Consumer Bank team of on regulations, rules and clarifications
  • To provide clarification on any compliance related issues.
  • To conduct assessment of the compliance risk (at least once a year) and to develop a riskoriented activity plan for compliance assessment.
  • To report promptly to the Compliance Senior Leadership any major changes / observations relating to the compliance risk for new and existing products and processes.
  • To periodically report on compliance failures/breaches.
  • To coordinate with the business team to get the necessary information as required by the Supervisory team and ensure compliance of Supervisory observations made by RBI
  • To review and give clearance to various processes
  • Coordination with various internal teams
