    Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead

    Job Description:

  • Integration Development (OIC): Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This includes integrations with cloud-based or on-premises systems.
  • Technical Expertise (OIC): Create custom integration solutions in OIC, including transformations, orchestrations, and message flows. Write custom code or scripts as needed to address specific integration requirements.
  • Data Mapping (OIC): Map and transform data between different data formats to ensure data consistency and accuracy during integration processes.
  • Error Handling (OIC): Implement robust error handling and recovery mechanisms to ensure reliable and fault-tolerant integrations.
  • API Development (OIC): Develop and manage APIs to expose and consume data from Oracle ERP and other systems, facilitating seamless data exchange.
  • Fusion BIP Reports: Design, develop, and maintain Fusion BIP reports to generate customized business intelligence reports and documents based on Oracle Fusion Applications data.
  • Report Development (Fusion BIP): Utilize Fusion BIP tools to create data models, templates, layouts, and data source connections for reporting needs.
  • Data Extraction (Fusion BIP): Extract data from Oracle Fusion Applications and other data sources for use in Fusion BIP reports.
  • Security: Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data during integration and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and security best practices.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring and logging for integrations and reports, proactively identify and resolve technical issues, and optimize integration and report performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for both integration and reporting components, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for both integration and reporting needs.
  • Training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users or other team members as needed.

    • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required( 6 to 8 years of experience).
  • Oracle ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications) and their data structures.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Proficiency in using OIC for integration development and management. Knowledge of OIC adapters and connectors is essential.
  • Fusion BIP Reports: Proficiency in designing and developing reports using Oracle Fusion BIP tools and technologies.
  • Integration Technologies: Experience with integration technologies and protocols, such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and web services.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages like Java, PL/SQL, or scripting languages as needed for custom integration and report development.
  • Data Transformation: Strong skills in data transformation and mapping for both integration and reporting purposes.
  • Security: Knowledge of security best practices for data integration and reporting, with experience implementing security measures.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in both integration and reporting components.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Oracle certifications related to OIC, Fusion BIP, or Oracle ERP can be an advantage.
  • Project Management: Some knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in project delivery is a plus.
