Understanding the job description

  • By collaborating closely with the manager or customer
  • Using the resources available on internet e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Naukri, glassdoor, github etc.
  • By continuously acquiring knowledge about the new & upcoming technologies and trends.
  • Create an appropriate search string as per the requirements of the role
  • Make optimum use of Naukri (e.g. mass mailers, job postings), Linkedin and other sites
  • Negotiate the desired compensation to create a winwinwin for all the stakeholders.
  • Brand the customer in a manner that will create the right impression.
  • Building network on professional sites like LinkedIn.

Learning goals

  • Acquire skills like Boolean search, Linkedin xray search etc.
  • Implement the learnings / acquired skills in day to day work and become better at the given skills.
  • Improve on capability to connect and communicate with professionals at different level.
  • Learn the skills of customer management and team management by working closely with the reporting managers and collaborating with the other seniors.

Mentoring goals

  • Mentor and handhold the juniors by imparting them the knowledge and the skills acquired.
  • Help them unlock their true potential by regularly providing them guidance, feedback etc.

Miscellaneous

  • Participate in organisation wide / team initiatives to make them success.
  • Present weekly, bimonthly and monthly review reports to the management.
  • Proactively suggest leads / management on areas of improvements

Performance Measurement Metrics

  • Maintain at least 90% of resume submission to client screen selection ratio.
  • Have at least 37 interviews in a week and 150 in a month.
  • Minimum of 1 offer every week. (4 offers every month)
  • Minimum 2 Joiners a month.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly resume submission, interview, offer & revenue generation targets consistently.
  • Mentoring at least 1 junior team member at any given point in time.

Salary:
₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
