Expert Quality Systems Production Facility (M/F/d)

Your tasks:

Performs all activities related to Quality System on facility level

Ensures the deployement of the IMS within the Facility Level (Translate if necessary the work instructions to local language).
Develops and Secures implementation of LEONI standards through internal developed work instruction
Coordinates, trains and coaches the Plant facility organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Q-Standards and tools
Implements and generalizes corrective and preventive actions resulted from audits
Manages the facility management review activities
Ensure the compliance of the Plant Facility systems with Customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all Local regulations
Perform Audit to comply with internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulation;
Ensure the effective KPIfollow up on the level of the plant.
Prepare and lead the management review activities within the plant level and ensure appropriate submission to Head of Country QM SYSTEM & AUDIT
Analyse and Distribute Customer Specific documentation
Ensure the compliance of the System to Customer Specific Requirement and country regulations
Ensure that CSR, technical and quality customer requirements are dispatched to appropriate department and analysed on regular basis
Plan and ensure followup for the internal audit plan within the organization (planning & performing as per VA3011 requirements)
Ensure the analysis and submision of the corrective and preventive actions resulting from IATF 16949 and Internal process/ product audits
Ensure the closure/verification of PDCA of Internal System Audit
Support the issuing of the Annual Internal Auditing plan for QMS and Process Audits as per VA301
Support Country Quality System, Audit & Methods in issuing annually a plant and country SWOT Analysis, considering the results of plant audits (particular attention on the "high priority topics" of WSD audit strategy)
