    RPA Associate Job Description :


    The Associate (RPA) will be working in Intelligent Automation domain in a techno functional role and develop proprietary RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

    This Position will be required to work extensively with business Teams for developing automation using RPA platforms in line with standard RPA principles and conventions.

    Additionally, this position will be required to monitor the Bots (Digital Workers) and should be available immediately to support the business in case of process exceptions.


    Broadly, the key responsibilities are :

    • Intelligent Automation Development
    • Be a part of the team that is responsible for development of intelligent automation solution using RPA platforms and ensure timely and quality deliverables.
    • Adept to leading technologies and utilize RPA platforms such as Blue Prism and build a strong domain knowledge.
    • Design, Develop and review the RPA automation solution.
    • Expert on leading RPA tools such as Blue Prism and others.
    • Understand the business process requirements and design.
    • Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
    • Configure automation processes as per TDD and should be able to prepare PDD and SDD
    • Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach.
    • Good debugging skills
    • Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.
    • Lead and manage multiple RPA projects.
    • Lead efforts related to RPA technology and architecture while closely working IT technology and infrastructure team.
    • Managing production RPA jobs
    • Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
    • Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within agreed turnaround time
    • Timely raise any issues identified to the Managers so that the quality and turnaround time are not impacted
    • Plan and organize the work in such a way that the Quality and efficiency are not impacted on the deliverables
    • Supporting business teams and ensure the business continuity is in place by monitoring the Bots
    • Should be well versed in process Orchestration and multi bot architecture

    Essential skills :

    Education and Experience Requirements :

    • B.E or B.Tech with IT/Computer Science/specialization.
    • Extensive working experience of 4+ years in RPA tool, Blue Prism
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, C#, Windows, Internet Explorer, Chrome, SQL Server and Web Services)
    • Good to have working experience in Power Automate
