    Description

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for the planning/purchasing of external manufactured/packaging products. Share plan & purchase orders for all SKUs within their assigned CMOs, establishes close working vendor relationships & ensure to meet agreed satisfactory service levels to end customers.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    · Account Manager for at least 2 global CMOs

    · Will be primary contact to resolve supply related issues at CMOs from point of manufacturing/purchasing to disposition

    · Expedite product deliveries towards shared supply plan from assigned CMO

    · Maintain the procure to pay records in SAP including PO creation, GRN entries, planned supplies with date stamps

    · Align with Demand Planning on supply deliveries from external vendors. Connecting multiple stake holders to ensure timely supplies (Logistics for transportation, batch releases from Quality, Regulatory approvals if any

    · Negotiating on manufacturing costs (CCPC, RM/ PM costs)to meet the organization's cost expectations

    · Initiate projects (across all phases of manufacturing) for continuous cost improvements

    · Works with the CMO strategy & escalate any issue encountered with CMO to better understand supply agreement

    · Interact with project management team for new product launch & process improvement scope for products manufactured at CMO and ensure launch dates are met by planning, issuance of purchase order and tracking deliveries along with project team

    · Monitor inventory of all material categories (RM/PM/WIP/FG) at CMO and take appropriate action as required with objective of minimize obsolete inventory and meet supply plan adherence

    · Prepare and maintain reports as required to support the function, operations, and key performance metrics

    · Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory & compliance and safety requirements

    Desired Qualifications/Attributes:

    · B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with relevant experience in formulation production with preferred MBA in operations / Supply Chain & CSCP

    · Hands-on experience in managing international regulatory inspections and quality assurance systems are essential requirements

    · Minimum 6-8 years experience in Oral Solids and liquid Formulation

    · Must have knowledge on regulated markets (US, EU)

    · Hands on proficiency in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel preferred) and SAP MM

    Candidate should be excellent in handling Commercials (Pricing), Precisely manufacturing costs (CCPC,RM/PM Costs)

    End to End CMO activities.

    CFT's, European and US markets & SKUs, Cost handling and Injectables.

    Preferred will be in Injectables or Oral Solids.
