    Job Title: Tele Caller (Tamil)

    Number of Positions: 8

    Location: Trichy

    Overview:

    We are seeking passionate and dedicated female Tele Callers fluent in Tamil to join our dynamic team in Trichy. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication and are driven by challenges in a sales environment. The ideal candidate will interact with customers through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage directly with customers via live chat, emails, social media, and phone calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Modify and adapt sales pitches according to real-time customer feedback and market demands.
    • Efficiently manage and update customer contact information databases.
    • Offer proactive suggestions that align with customer requirements.
    • Ensure smooth transitions of customer interactions to appropriate departments for further processing or action.


    RequirementsEssential Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Tamil with strong communication skills and a good command of English.
    • Holds any graduate degree.
    • Experience of 0-6 months in tele calling or customer service roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Demonstrated sales acumen with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
    • Able to handle multiple communication channels effectively and adapt communication style to suit different customer needs.
