Responsible and Accountable to drive key projects and continuous improvement initiatives for IAS function.

Collaborate and Engage with Global IAS leaders in all IAS initiatives.
Drive all meetings and capture minutes, open items, and track them to closure. Document decisions in meetings and communicate same to stakeholders.
Prepare project plan, status updates & share relevant information to IAS leads and stakeholders regularly
Closely monitor the status of the project, delays in milestones are highlighted in calls/review meetings
Collaborate with Business SPOCs, Operations leads, and Regional leads to provide innovative solutions for Business challenges
Demonstrated analytical skill with proven attention to detail and capability to drive things to closure independently.
Strong verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interact at multiple levels within the Capgemini hierarchy.

Primary Skill:
