    About the Role:

    We are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads for contract-based work from gig platforms. You will identify skilled professionals on these platforms who match our project requirements and build relationships with them to convert them into paying contractors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively source and identify potential contractors on relevant gig platforms.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the gig platforms and their functionalities.
    • Create compelling outreach messages to attract top talent.
    • Build rapport and establish trust with potential contractors.
    • Effectively communicate project requirements and negotiate contract terms.
    • Pre-screen and qualify potential contractors based on skills, experience, and availability.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of our company's needs and identify the best talent for each project.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of lead generation strategies for gig platforms.
    • Track and report on lead generation activities and performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of success in lead generation.
    • Strong understanding of gig platforms and their workings.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
