    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive at Dezdok located in Ahmedabad. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
    • Strong business communication and account management skills
    • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and generate new leads.
    • Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts on sales pipeline, activities, and performance metrics to sales management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Preferably a BE (Bachelor of Computer Engineering), MCA (Master of Computer Applications) degree or BCA.
    • Proven track record of success in IT sales or business development roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience selling IT solutions, services, or products.
    • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
    • Experience in lead generation utilizing various platforms such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, social media platforms, etc.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
