    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and creativeInfluencer & Event Marketing Manager to join our team.

    Theideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executinginfluencer marketing campaigns and managing events to increasebrand awareness engage with our target audience and drive businessresults.


    Roles &Responsibilities:

     Identify and cultivate relationships withrelevant influencers content creators and industry leaders toexpand brand reach and engagement. Developand execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with companygoals including content creation product collaborations andsponsored partnerships. Negotiate contractsand agreements with influencers ensuring clear expectations anddeliverables are outlined. Manage influencerrelationships including communication feedback and performancetracking. Plan coordinate and execute eventssuch as product launches promotional activations and experientialmarketing initiatives. Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including marketing sales and productdevelopment to integrate influencer and event marketing strategiesinto overall marketing campaigns. Track andanalyze the performance of influencer campaigns and eventsproviding regular reporting and insights to optimize futureinitiatives. Stay updated on industry trendsemerging platforms and best practices in influencer marketing andevent management.


    Qualifications:

    23 years of experience in influencer marketing event management orrelated roles. Proven track record ofsuccessfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and managingevents from conception to completion. Strongnetwork of influencers and industrycontacts. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills. Creative thinker withthe ability to generate innovative ideas andconcepts. Highly organised with strongattention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously. Proficiency in social mediaplatforms and influencer marketing tools.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaignperformancemetrics.
