Supply Planning Coordinator
Location - Mumbai #LI Hybrid

About the Role:


Within the Supply Chain Team, drive detailed planning, scheduling, and coordination of day-to-day activities like governance meetings, minutes of meetings, follow-up open actions, etc.

to assure effective performance level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order requisition for a defined number of Products & services. Vendor supply tracking and coordination.
  • PO Monitoring communication with suppliers and managing activities related to the SAP PO placement process including scanning, sending, changes & acknowledgments.
  • Support NOSSCE projects. Planning of Governance meetings and Communication within the Team for the same.
  • Maintain documentation related to products & services. Preparing MOM and tracking action. Coordination with CPO with regard to supplies, meetings, and issue resolution.
  • Support Artwork changes. Follow up on issues related to artwork changes. Management of returns. Support NFCM compliance. Administrative support for the SRT.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Good communication skills. Good experience working on SAP & MS Office tools (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 7 to 8yrs Work experience in cross crossfunctional team environment with knowhow about administration, supply chain management, and planning.
  • Good selforganization work independently, setting of the correct priorities according to business needs. Cooperative, problemsolving oriented, crossfunctional working style.
  • Aligns individual contributions with department/unit objectives and understands overall business objectives. Ability to understand and analyze complex situations and make them transparent.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Graduate in a technical, economics, life sciences, pharmacy or postgraduate
