- Financial Analysis and Valuation
- Assisting in the development of financial models, valuation analysis, ROI & IRR assessments, and more
- Examining financial statements, business models, and market conditions for both acquiring and target companies
- Contributing to the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and other key reports for management
- Aiding in the drafting and review of transaction-related documents such as term sheets and confidentiality agreements
- Coordinating with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance
- Compiling and reviewing due diligence documents and information from potential acquisition targets
- Supporting the coordination of due diligence activities with different departments and external advisors
- Managing and organizing project files, databases, and records
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and team travel arrangements
- Handling correspondence with external parties like company management and advisors
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
