    Description

    Job Specification:

    • Position: Product Engineer
    • Location: Nagpur
    • Qualifications: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering
    • Age: Years
    • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in product development

    Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

    • To plan, implement, and execute strategies to grow sales of current and new products in existing and new markets to contribute to the organizational profitability.
    • Identify and convert new opportunities for business conversion.
    • Performance benchmarking of GNO Vs Competitor wheels
    • Field Trials for new product development, customer conversions and product improvement.
    • Ensure exceptional business through upgraded products.
    • Manage complaints and feedback from end to end, from root cause analysis and study to recommendation of corrective actions.
    • Train Dealers and Dealer engineers on the job / Customers on safety and technical seminars, responsible for statutory forms and maintaining close relationship at all levels.
    • Market Intelligence - Gather information from market on - Competition activity, Market mapping & Competition pricing.
    • Management of Receivables - Ensure collections as per the credit policy, maintain quality of receivables.
    • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations - competition law, India Code of Conduct, SG Principles, EHS guidelines and statutory regulations.
    • Directly heading the projects related with UTW, Chop saw developments
    • Setting CTQs, sharing insights, helping in product designs & improvements in quality of products.
    • Anticipating needs of markets and converting into inputs for the development and sales growth.
    • Preparation for IMS internal and external IMS audits
    • Product rationalization
    • Co-ordinate with internal team to create item codes
    • Maintain margin of retail products.

    Qualifications

    ● B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering

    ● 2 to 4 years of experience in Technical Sales- Industrial consumables

    ● Experience with technical sales of Cutting tools, Abrasives, or similar products

    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
