    Description

    Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring for Technology Analyst - IT Services- Networking and server for Bangalore/Mysore/Mangalore Locations

    Shift: 24*7

    Location: Bangalore/Mysore/Mangalore

    Experience: 5+years

    Education: Any Graduates (BE/B. Tech is preferred)

    Kindly note:

    1. Notice period max 30 days not lesser than that, if we get Immediate or 15 days it will be well and good.
    2. Education must 10+12+any BE/B.TECH Degree/ Master Degree (optional) total should be 15+ years education.
    3. If it is non engineer graduate work experience should be JL4A 5+years must.

    Job Description –:-

    • Education: BE/BTech is preferred.
    • More than 6 years of relevant IT experience
    • Should be experienced in day to day IT Infrastructure support including various Operating systems like Win10, MacOS, Linux.
    • Should have strong knowledge in implementation & administration of various servers & server roles.
    • Administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers).
    • Should be having understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework.
    • Manage the team of analysts who support end user's IT tickets and act as SME for them.
    • Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.
    • Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
    • Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements.
    • Experience in Asset management & IT Supplier Management.
    • Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
    • Should be experienced in handling various IT audits – ISO20K, 27K etc
