- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the organization's compliance with statutory requirements, identifying areas of noncompliance and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Handle Statutory Compliance reports related to Labor Authorities and present them as per compliance requirements.
- Ensure that all statutory compliances are completed accurately and as per compliance checklist across all locations.
- Responsible for collecting and verifying the required documents from respective locations and business units as per compliance requirements.
- Prepare compliance documents and database as per requirements under various labor laws and extend it to compliance partner/vendor.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees, on compliance matters and best practices.
- Liaise with labor offices and manage relationships with external auditors, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders involved in compliance-related matters.
- Conduct periodic audits across multiple locations as per compliance checklist.
- Coordinate with training department and facilitate compliance trainings to hub/DCs.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to progress department initiatives across all locations.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
- Strong follow-ups and coordination skills until task closure.
- Handling multiple states.
- Good English Communication. Hindi is essential.
- Capable of handling labor compliances, reports/MIS, and training coordination for multiple locations/states and willingness to travel.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Male candidates will be preferred.

Senior Manager-Statutory Responsibility:
To support in labor compliances for all locations where the company have operations and ensure the enforcement of relevant labor and employment laws.
This role involves developing and implementing compliance strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as monitoring changes in laws and regulations to ensure timely updates and adherence across PAN India. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge and hands-on experience in labor law compliances such as PF, ESIC, Shops Establishment Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and more.
Prior experience with handling labor compliances at multiple locations/states, knowledge of the logistics industry and relevant compliance processes, as well as expertise in generating various types of MIS, reports, and compliance checklists will be considered an added advantage.
Should have 10 to 13 years of experience with a minimum of 5-6 years' work experience in statutory compliance.
