    AKMV in Warehousing: With a strong track record and extensive industry experience, we offer customized warehousing solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our services encompass land identification, leasing, project management, and ongoing management, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and sustainability to enhance client ROI.

    Some of our notable clients include ISS, SIS, Quess Corp, Morgan Stanley, Verint Systems, Nimbus, PSIPL, among others.

    Position Overview: As the Senior Manager - AGM Leasing, you will have a key role in driving the leasing operations of our warehousing business. Responsibilities include client engagement, business development, and leading a team to ensure successful leasing and occupancy of our facilities. Showcase your strategic thinking, leadership, and industry expertise to optimize leasing outcomes and contribute to our business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their leasing needs.
    • Business Development: Identify new leasing opportunities and expand our client base.
    • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of leasing professionals to ensure optimal performance.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
    • Lease Management: Oversee the end-to-end leasing process and ensure compliance.
    • Financial Management: Monitor leasing budgets and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Quality Assurance: Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in leasing management, preferably in real estate or warehousing.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport.
    • Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and market analysis skills.
    • Familiarity with leasing laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management software.
