Job Purpose

The role of Resource - QA will be responsible for overall Quality Assurance for Apparel products

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance and safety (vendor evaluation) of vendors and the quality of Apparel production
Followup on noncompliances found in an audit and ensure that corrective actions are Implemented
Ensuring bulk are manufactured to specified quality, safety and legality as per signed off product Sealing Sample
Implementing RE quality systems at every stage of production
Ensuring that all vendors are technically audited & approved in line with RE policies
Spend time in personal development and working on personal development plan
Handling Adhoc and Special Projects and providing support to the team members
Additional knowledge of riding gears / helmets / Lifestyle products would be an added advantage.
Monitoring of critical performance indicators including return per million (RPM

90%), NQC<5% Vs PY
