Job Overview:

Complete Customer Analytics for Airline IT solutions to derive actionable outcomes and drive improvements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop thorough understanding of Vistara's customer facing IT systems and solution through indepth study, testing and collaboration with SMEs to evaluate how a customer (and potential customers) interacts with them, understand user behaviour, and identify friction points
  • Draw journey maps, evaluate, and propose optimizations
  • Drive implementation of such requirements & continuous improvement of customer experience
  • Create and track metrics to quantify the customer experience, organize and analyze related data to improve the current experience and predict future needs

Skills & Attributes:


  • Python/R
  • Microsoft Power BI/QlikSense
  • Salesforce/Adobe Analytics engines
  • Advanced MS EXCEL with usage of macros etc.
  • MS Power point, Mural Board and other customer journey mapping tools
  • Outstanding analytical and problemsolving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
  • Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Journey and strong experience of planning, orchestrating & strategizing customer journeys
  • Working knowledge of Digital CX Strategy, Analytics, Experience Design, and Implementation
  • Learning Aptitude with good presentation & interpersonal Skills
  • Understanding of available Analytics tools for Customer experience & latest trends in the market

Work Experience:


  • Working Experience in Customer Analytics related role in Airline/retail/telecom or any B2C platform would be preferred

Qualification:


  • BE/ B Tech/BBA/BCA/ Graduate with certifications in Analytics tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics etc.

  • Gurgaon
