Your Impact:

Metrics & KPIs (3-5)

  • Provide a full time focus on the performance of SOP Compliance Audits for projects across the Region
  • Monitor, track, and report on audit metrics for the region:
  • Project Audits:
  • Pre-Audit or Desk Audit
  • Progress Audit
  • Project Closeout
  • Corrective and Preventative Action Plans (CAPAs)
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup of new projects in QMS
  • Assist with documenting feedback from project teams on CESs and CSSs
  • Conduct a Pre-Audit or "Desk Audit" using Project Initiation Roadmap /Progress Audit Forms and update each with finding of items that comply with Audit Criteria and forward to the LQL and GQM for follow up of criteria not found or missing, with PM/DPE as a part of audit closeout review and distribution process
  • Conduct other audit types as identified by the RQM/GQM
  • Assist GQMs with monitoring and tracking geographic audit metrics
  • Track and report on the completion of all Corrective Action/Preventative Actions (CAPAs) related to audit findings using the QMS

Here's What You'll Need:

B.E / Post-Graduation in Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical / Chemical Engineering. Other trades may also be considered

5-8 years' experience in Quality Assurance preferably in project management, engineering consultancy or other industry can be considered

Quality flare with good understanding of


ISO:
9001 standards and familiarity with Quality portals and tools of the company previously working with

Skilled Quality consultant and auditor

Fast learner with some Report writing skills

Confident with proven interpersonal and communication skills (English).
