As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating and engaging motion

graphics, animations, and visual effects that elevate our brand and effectively communicate our real

estate offerings. You will collaborate with our marketing team to bring our properties to life through

dynamic visual storytelling. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a

passion for motion design and real estate to contribute to our company's success.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various
marketing materials, including videos, social media content, website visuals, presentations, and

more.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate them into
innovative motion design concepts that align with our brand.

  • Conceptualize and storyboard motion graphics projects, considering timing, pacing, and
transitions to create engaging visual narratives.

  • Utilize industrystandard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D is
an addon) to design and animate high-quality motion graphics.

  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and incorporate them
into your work.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including videographers, photographers, and
copywriters, to ensure a cohesive visual style and message.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of
the highest quality.

  • Maintain an organized library of motion design assets, templates, and project files for future
use.

  • Assist in video editing and postproduction tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in the real estate or related
industry.

  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere
Pro,( and Cinema 4D).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work, including animations, visual effects, and
video projects.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing
and engaging motion graphics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably in the real estate
industry or a related field.


Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
