What will you do:

Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboarding new employees to become fully integrated
Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Requirements:

College degree in human resources, business administration or related field, plus a minimum of 1year IT recruiting experience, preferably in IT company.
Good understanding of souring skills
Effective convincing / negotiation skills
Able to work as part of a team, managing a large and varied workload.
