    What you will do:


    • Collaborate closely with the business team to comprehensively grasp business requirements and translate them into data science objectives.
    • Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models aimed at enhancing efficiency and precision in areas such as demand forecasting, resource optimization, and revenue optimization.
    • Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
    • Engage in seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to seamlessly integrate data-driven solutions into our systems and
    products.


    • Lead projects from conceptualization to execution, taking ownership of the entire data science lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful outcomes.
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, optimization techniques, and relevant domains.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the
    organization.


    • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and expertise in data science methodologies and best practices.
    • Conduct research and experimentation to explore innovative data science solutions that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in data science, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    Requirements


    • Hold aBachelor's degree or higher in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, ComputerScience, or a related field.
    • Demonstrate 2 to3 years of hands-on experience in industry or research lab settings, with afocus on data science methodologies.
    • Possess a deepunderstanding and practical expertise in machine learning algorithms,statistical methods, and data analysis techniques.
    • Show a proventrack record of conceptualizing, developing, and delivering machinelearning-based data products that have made significant impact on businessoutcomes.
    • Exhibit advancedproficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
    • Have experiencewith distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, with the ability toefficiently process large-scale datasets.
    • Showcaseexcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability toeffectively convey complex technical concepts to both
    technical andnon-technical stakeholders.


    • Previousexperience in deep learning projects, including the development and deploymentof deep neural network models, is highly desirable.
    • Possess abackground working in startup or product-based consumer/internet companies,demonstrating adaptability and a drive for innovation in dynamic environments.
