- Monitor and improve the performance of all Field Executives in your cluster.
- Conduct facility audits and address operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with operational protocols.
- Drive key operational metrics and meet performance goals.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest enhancements.
- Manage real estate acquisition based on business needs and budgets.
- Collaborate with brokers/dealers to secure properties for expansion.
- Engage with untapped market segments for station expansion.
- Shortlist properties, negotiate agreements, and secure partnerships.
- 4-5 years of experience in business and operations management.
- Background in fleet management, logistics, or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with the local landscape.
