Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

Develop and execute a thorough business plan for your designated cluster, in line with the overall company direction.
Establish precise performance objectives, KPIs, and metrics to monitor progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Conduct market analysis and competitive evaluation to stay in front of the competition and identify fresh business prospects.

Operational Excellence:

Supervise all facets of day-to-day operations in your cluster, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to company protocols.
Institute and uphold top-notch customer service standards, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for every client.
Manage inventory, logistics, and resource distribution in your cluster to optimize performance and expenses.

Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, onboard, train, and guide a team of exceptional employees, nurturing a constructive and cooperative workspace.
Provide continuous feedback on performance, coaching, and growth prospects for your team.
Inspire and incentivize your team to reach individual and cluster objectives.

Performance Management:

Track and evaluate performance metrics of the cluster to discover patterns and areas for enhancement.
Create and implement strategies to enhance sales, profitability, and operational effectiveness in your cluster.
Regularly provide updates on cluster performance to higher management.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with vital stakeholders in your cluster, including clients, suppliers, and community groups.
Represent the company at industry functions and community events

Requirements:

Bachelor/ Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within the [industry] industry.
