    ResponsibilitiesWeare looking for a Business Analyst who will be producing businessrequirements to inform future state design supporting teams inunderstanding the requirements and their linkages to the overalldomain strategy. In the course of your work we ll also look to youto build manage and maintain a positive working relationship withstakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchisesand functions. Capturing validating anddocumenting business and system requirements and making sure thatthey re in line with key strategicprinciples. Interacting with customers keystakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional andnonfunctional needs Analysing existingsystem documentation to summarise existing system functionality asit relates to the work at hand Supportingthe identification of team priorities based upon feedback from thecustomers key stakeholders and theteamSkills You llneed to hold an appropriate business analyst certification.
    Additionally you ll have an analytical mindset with strongorganisational skills and the ability to prioritise yourwork.
    A good understanding of Agile valuesprinciples and methodologies with experience of working within anAgile environmentGood communication skillswith the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearlyto your peers andmanagement
