Responsibilities:


  • Manages all functions related to SMA operations and serves as a primary liaison and client service team.
  • Supports the manager in the daily management of the business.
  • Onboard new SMA/RIA Advisors in collaboration with client servicing team in US.
  • Complete daily and month end related tasks.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement trade generation procedures.
  • SOP's
  • Help design and implement quality control measures to mitigate risks.
  • Manage and track custom request by clients
  • Handling adhoc request for reporting and trade request.
  • Manage issue logs for all technical issues faced during trade generation and track for timely resolutions.

Skills & Experience:


  • M ore than 58 years of experience in Hedge Fund Operation, Wealth Management or SMA Financial Operations. Good understanding of financial products and their market relevance.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Finance. CFA/CPA degree would be an addon advantage.
  • Knowledge of P&L Reconciliation and accounting.
  • Understanding of the front to end execution of Trade cycle.
  • Ability to interact with offshore offices independently.
  • Interface with Operations on trade booking, fail management, exception processing, and ad hoc queries.
  • Contribute to/create material to be used for discussions, presentations, and training.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Good excel proficiency.
