    Job Brief


    We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition lead to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.


    Main Responsibilities:

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
    • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, midcareer and graduate hiring
    • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
    • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
    • Managing endtoend recruitment for senior roles and bulk hiring
    • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
    • Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
    • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
    • Staying uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.

    Key Requirements:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
    • You have a proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in bulk hiring and management hiring
    • You can demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
    • You have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.
    • You have expertise in talent sourcing, attracting toptier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
    • You have experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
    • You have datadriven decisionmaking skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
    • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
