    Position Overview : As a System Administrator at Xotiv Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining various software platforms, including but not limited to HubSpot, Zapier, ClickUp, email configuration etc. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in these platforms along with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization and maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Administer and maintain HubSpot, Zapier, ClickUp, Github, Bitbucket, Jira, and other software platforms used by the company.
    • Configure and optimize email systems to ensure reliable delivery and performance.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
    • Implement security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and automation initiatives.
    • Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in system administration and related technologies.
    • The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience as system :
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
      • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
      • Expertise in HubSpot, Zapier, ClickUp, and other relevant software platforms.
      • Strong understanding of email configuration and delivery protocols.
      • Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and performance optimization.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
      • Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certification, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator) are a plus.
