Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead the design and development of residential redevelopment projects.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Design and Development:
  • Utilize Revit software to create conceptual designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
  • Develop design proposals that align with client requirements, site constraints, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to address project objectives and challenges.
  • Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Team Management and Mentorship:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, interns, and drafters.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure designs comply with local codes, accessibility requirements, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address design discrepancies, construction issues, and client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Uphold high standards of design excellence, functionality, and durability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architecture firm, focusing on residential redevelopment projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit software is essential; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative residential redevelopment designs and technical proficiency.

Pay:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year


Schedule:
