Description
Principal Responsibilities
1. Handling the Recruitment process end-to-end : - screening, shortlisting, interviewing
candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management,
Attendance etc.
2. HR functions including Recruitment, Onboarding, Documentation, Attendance,
compensation, Payroll Processing, Leaves, Employee Induction & Exit and
engagement activities etc.
3. Creating and maintaining MIS reports
4. Manage day-to-day HR Administrative activities.
5. Ensures effective adoption of respective processes and policies
6. Drive employee engagement and motivation
7. Organise offsites and employee events
8. Keep working proactively towards helping the companies improve overall
productivity and performance.
Essential Requirements
Typically requires 2- 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of the HR function.
Self-directed with a strong drive for results.
Talent to influence recruits and help them settle.
Comfortable in managing change and skilled at handling a growing team.
Creative, constantly looking for new approaches
Ability to deal with sensitive information in a highly responsible manner.
